he[art] of God designs was created for Christians who are unashamed of the Gospel and who want to proudly exist as ambassadors of Jesus Christ. We’re believers who boldly and unapologetically profess our Christian faith to the world, while being a reflection of God’s heart.
Meet Tyiesha
Hey there! Thanks for stopping by. I’m Tyiesha, the founder and creative director of he[art] of God designs. God gave me vision for this concept during one of the craziest times of my life—the COVID-19 pandemic. While the world was in disarray and unknowingly preparing for a global lockdown, I was simultaneously navigating numerous transitions that had completely shifted the trajectory of my life. I was growing so much in my Christian faith and knew that God was moving me into a new season, but I was unsure of what that season would look like.
Feelings of worry, fear, doubt, and anxiety in a time of uncertainty, led me to rekindle my love of painting, a skill from my youth. This hobby, which filled some of my free time while in lockdown, was one of the few things that brought me peace and solace, mainly because it allowed me to converse with the Lord in a quiet and calm atmosphere.
During some of these intimate and precious times with Jesus, I was able to reflect on the reality that life is fleeting and that our time here on Earth is temporary. This inspired me to meditate on my missional purpose and my role in the kingdom, which then ignited a passion and urgency to evangelize. Over time, God began to place a desire on my heart—to spread the Gospel through creative outlets, one being through various forms of art, which birthed he[art] of God designs.
